Prices are either fixed against an inventory of items and an agreement of services required or for a range of services within a time period e.g full / half day or hourly.
Can I meet with a consultant ahead of the move day?
Yes, for complex, multi-day or international moves, a dedicated move manager will be on hand to meet with you and help with any planning required.
Under what terms can I reschedule or cancel?
This will vary depending on your quote. Different services have different cancellation terms due to availability requirements or third party reservations.
How much do you charge if waiting for keys to the property/delays in traffic?
This will increase based on the number of men and vehicles you have on site. Please see your quote and associated documents for further details.
What happens if I have more items to move than you anticipated?
If you have items in excess of the inventory quoted for then there will be a cost to transport the additional contents. If you have a time based quote the service will take longer to complete and be reflected in the time you are billed for.
